Famed billionaire Warren Buffet, puts is best "...buy when others are fearful..." (especially with todays low interest rates and bottom housing prices... )
All you entrepreneurs, first time home buyers, families who want to get ahead; this is a great time to buy! There is a lot of negativity in the media these days, but tell me when pessimistic stories didn't blanket the news reports. Needless to say people need homes and according to the simple investing strategy of "buying low and selling high", what better time than now! It is true we are in an economic recession, but that's a technicality...a recession is defined as an economy that has had negative growth for two consecutive quarters. We are no where near the panic of a "Great Depression." Yes, there are job losses, but near 9x that amount, people still have their jobs. We have control of our own economy; continue spending as you would if you didn't watch TV, and if we all can resume our regular daily lives we all can help spur the economy.

Remember to recycle! We should do our part to lower our impact on the planet and improve our childrens' lives. The recycling plant in Flagstaff has the ability to take various types of material. If you don't already utilize your recycle bin, you'll be amazed on how much of your trash can actually be recycled. Here is a print out to put on your refrigerator. *if you haven't checked in awhile, the plant now accepts all plastic codes 1-7
